Flowster lets digital marketers and eCommerces businesses make workflow really easy by creating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) templates that you can immediately turn into workflows that can be assigned to any member of your team.

What can these workflows do? Onboard new suppliers, hire/fire employees, publish new content, optimize PPC campaigns, and so much more. If you don’t yet have a documented process for every repeatable process in your organization, Flowster is just what you need.

Follow my business plan, build systems, and delegate to my team. Try to minimize distractions while also doing everything I can to get as much exposure for the app as possible.

Identifying a need for pre-made niche-specific SOPs

What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far? How did you overcome these challenges?

Biggest challenge is a lack of time because I have other businesses. To overcome this, I have stopped working in one of them, and an pivoting the other to better align itself with the needs of Flowster.

What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?

Content marketing and partnerships.

What advice do you give to other business owners?

Pay attention to hot trends and look for ways to leverage these trends. Then, copy the hell out of the competition, while trying to do it better than they have.

How did you keep motivated through difficult times?

Read and listen to podcasts

What are your Marketing, Funding, and Team Building Strategy?

I use my https://brightideas.co podcast for lead generation. I also use the profits generated by the podcast/website to pay for the software development. In regards to team building, that has mostly been on the CTO up to this point because most of the team are developers.

Your Achievements?

We attracted over 1,100 users in our first 9 months. I sell about $800K worth of my own digital products each year, and the sales of these products drives new users to our software app. My ecommerce business just ranked #254 on the 2019 Inc 5000.

Entrepreneurs more successful than me, who have achieved their success without sacrificing their values and integrity.

Create as much value as I can for a very specific audience that is large enough to allow me to reach my financial targets.
