What motivated you to start your Business?

People in India do still not believe on Online Shopping so we are continuously enhancing our service to build that level of trusted service so people can easily trade what they need. Idea behind Tradetu came from my past experiences with my colleagues who sometimes wanted to buy or sell their used cars, bikes, mobile phones, music players, home theatres, real estate properties, flats and other stuff but due to low level of trust on available online services stopped them to go there.

Tradetu a Free Online Classifieds Ads in India – Next step to Classifieds Advertisement established in October, 2012. Tradetu is an online classified ad marketplace where you can buy, sell, rent or search anything, available in their stocks from small to big.

Tradetu provides you many features to attract more customers. We are helping individual people including both buyers and sellers, agents, brokers, dealers, businesses and brand to trade their individual products, brands and services. We at Tradetu provide our service 4x faster than any paid advertisement by saving your time, efforts and money. Using Tradetu you can get best deals on your stuff by directly communicating with interested buyers or sellers.

Attitude, passion and plan of execution towards you’re success.

What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far?

Finance is a critical condition in every start-ups like this so on every step we have to take some critical decisions to be sure that no financial problem will raise until the task is completed. Next problem is to make believe our new customers about our website and its features who already have used several other services like quikr.com, olx.in and others. But still we are overriding these problems that are also making our marketing efforts very crucial and difficult. Our development team is working 16 hours a day to enhance existing features and rolling out some new exciting features too.

How did you overcome these challenges?

Initially it was very difficult for me to work continuously on this without any fund then I just self financed this product to make it grow.

What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?

Social marketing and email marketing.

What advice do you give to other business owners?

Think bigger, think faster and make plan B if plan A fails somehow.

How did you keep motivated through difficult times?

Read about some early stage and long running startups failure makes me motivated.

What are your Marketing, Funding and Team Building Strategy?

Initially it was self financed and free for all of our clients but then we launched a featured dashboard on our landing page that is generating some good revenue for us.
