TrackNext.com is India’s first BSN (i.e. Business-Social-Network) where people can publish their personal as well as professional profile together at the same place. Its target is to give every member a crispy SEO of 83% without charging them even for a little investment. It also has a new feature where it provides Batches to students who do well in their tests & recommend them to the HR of recruiters.

Well We work on target basis. i.e. When we work we only want that day target should be completed. & it works awesome we must.

What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far? How did you overcome these challenges?
Frankly Speaking, nothing in this world is a cake walk; but every time my TEAM stood up & defeated every bugs & problems. It’s really impossible to start without a balanced team, we have spent many sleepless nights together working on it & bringing it to this level.
What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?
I think our new users are already there on the internet, & to bring them in what we need to do is proper study & utilization of those platforms in a very precisely manner.

How did you keep motivated through difficult times?
We try to find out a By-pass for every situation & defeat our target & Deadlines.
What are your Marketing, Funding, and Team Building Strategy?
For marketing we go both B2B & B2C simultaneously.
& for our team Building we either partner or Hire; all depends on the situation & negotiation.
