What Motivated you to start your Business?
Starting my business was an on the spur decision taken by me as handling both the corporate and domestic front was getting hard on me.A business on my own would definitely mean more space and flexibility. Also there was always the fire in me wanting to do something different.

Aone Source provides HR Services ,Management Consultancy, Corporate Training.
What is a Day in a life of you like?
Our routine day consists of reviewing the requirements, sourcing and scheduling interviews, discussions with new clients and thinking of new possibilities to cater to both the prospective candidates and the clients.
One particular skill you got right and gave you best results:
Being an extrovert by nature , the confidence to socialize with people.
What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far?
For us each day is a new challenge. The types of employees we hire for our clients plays an integral role in the success of our company. Our main challenge that we however face everyday would be finding the right candidate for the right job and constantly upgrading our rich database.
How did you overcome these challenges?
Constantly keeping in touch with the candidate placed by us and the clients for further sourcing both in times required and not.
What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?
Keeping in touch with past and current clients and offering them new services which would help them to minimize their workloads relating to HR activities. On the other hand contacts with the candidates placed by us in the past and catering to their issues helps us in building a good rapport both with the client’s aswell as the candidates.
What advice do you give to other business owners?
There is no end to learning , we learn with experience as we all know that the best is yet to come.
How did you keep motivated through difficult times?
A little more persistence and a little more perseverance would turn the tough times to a glorious success.

To emerge as an excellent HR provider motivated by values of growth; dignity, transparency, and diversity that would help us win the trust of our clients.

The quality of services we are offering to our clients has been to their utmost satisfaction which in-turn has been giving us repeated business , making our survival even more competitive.
