Tell us about your Business
I run a company called “Technoloader” which offers all types of IT solutions and services. It provides solutions such as website and mobile app development, digital marketing, the blockchain, supply chain, IOT, and POC development. It was begun as a startup a couple of years back and has now grown as a full-fledged IT company. I have a dedicated and experienced team with whom I share our combined success and journey.
Tell us what an average day in your life looks like.
I spend my day as a typical businessman. I wake up early in the morning, reach my office on time, schedule the whole day and try to keep it as strategic and productive as possible. Assigning work to different teams, evaluating their projects, providing feedback and monitoring the progress of each project consumes most of the time of my day. I try to chat with my team as much as possible amidst the tight schedule, I believe that work should never feel like a burden, it should rather be fun.

What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far? How did you overcome these challenges?
There were some challenges initially that I overcame with experience and time. It was sometimes hard to assign the jobs and responsibilities to individuals on the basis of their capabilities. However, I overcame this issue by spending more time with my team and assessing their projects.

What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?
I firmly believe that action speaks louder than words. So I let our work speak on our behalf. However, it is essential to building a rapport with prospective clients through reliability and transparency. I stay honest with my leads and tell them exactly what we do and what we don’t.
What advice do you give to other business owners?
I advice all the business owners to stay focused and motivated towards their goal
How did you keep motivated through difficult times?
My team is a big strength to me and vice-versa, we share a lot of quality time and discuss the odds of each project at length
What are your Marketing, Funding, and Team Building Strategy?
Being an expert in Marketing, I employ all the skills and tactics that are valid. For team building, I try to spend as much time as possible with my team as I hinted earlier.
Your Achievements?
The speed at which Technoloader is growing is my biggest achievement. We have been able to deliver the finest service to each of our clients within the deadline.
