What motivated you to start your Business?
When I saw the Movie 3idiots and the term used Aalizwel” it struck my mind and an idea came to start an Educational portal for students of all age. A place where they can get everything they desired. Thus an output came with a belief that now it is time for sunshine and rains without any pains so, Shout Loudly “Grow Up Once Again”

Aalizwel.com is an ideal online destination for all streams. We are providing users a unique unlimited experience on web by catering all educational stuff needed from start (study materials) to end (placement & further education). At Aalizwel.com, we have bifurcated things in Zones and streams. Each stream is further segregated subject wise. User can download the stuff m according to his/her needs and that too completely FREE.

What is a Day in a life of you like?
Each day is a special day because it makes AIW reach one more step ahead. Each day begins with full of enthusiasm and motivation which helps in believing that I can achieve more and more. There are many others such things which altogether make every day remarkable.
One particular skill you got right and gave you best results.
That one particular skill is my passion to see the dreams converting into reality. I saw a dream of creating a place where all things (study wise) are easily available to people and they do not have to wander here and there. Working hard, bringing ideas on table and beginning alone was tough but now many people have joined hands in hands spreading AIW to various places around the globe.
What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far?
In present scenario the biggest challenge is to frame a dedicated hard working faithful team. It was very much difficult to tell people why to join AIW and what profit they will get after it. But then I found some assiduous, devoted and trustworthy people who were ready to take AIW to pinnacle. In meanwhile met some persons who have broken this faith but unknowingly they always gave me a reason to ameliorate.
How did you overcome these challenges?
I overcome all my challenges by thinking as much as positive I can and that immense faith makes this line apt to say “This all shall pass”. So neither I depress in period of failure nor let success overrule my thoughts and actions.
What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?
The most effective way to get new clients is that your old clients always remain happy and satisfied with you and your services. There is no more better and economical way than mouth to mouth publicity.
What advice do you give to other business owners?
I would like to advice to all that “Live your Dream to fullest and Love your Dream like your own child”. In this way you will always think about its growth, development and if it falls at any stage you will bolster it again with all your experience, love and confidence.
How did you keep motivated through difficult times?
As said above I think positive and try to spread the same within my team-mates. ”This shall too pass” is the most motivated line and many more motivational thoughts and articles always help me to assuage in difficult times.
What are your Marketing, Funding and Team Building Strategy?
1. Marketing: By creating India’s Hottest Brigade (With the help of Campus Leader Program for Students and Be A Mentor Program for Working Professionals & Teachers)
2. Funding: Self-Funded (from Savings)
3. Team Building: Find out the best/interest of a person; accordingly define his job responsibilities and thus he/she will remain satisfied and will give the best output. Happy people always make a strong team.
Your Achievements…..
My biggest achievement was that day when my dream Aalizwel.com converted in reality; the day it was hosted and within a short span of time it got a wonderful response. In addition to this, I will always cherish the moment when I met Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and got appreciation from him for the venture. That day was also remarkable.
